PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
My previous advertising career in the food industry, spanned over 20 years, 15 of which were at management level. This multi-million dollar corporation closed its doors in 2006 but the knowledge and experience gained during that time have proved to be an invaluable asset in the real estate industry. I decided to work closer to home and began a new career as a Mortgage Loan Officer in Sussex County. While working working with clients, realtors and attorneys in real estate transactions, I realized that I would enjoy being a realtor and being able to bring buyers and sellers together. I seeked professional training and obtained my New Jersey Real Estate license. With my mortgage background, I have a good understanding of the conditions required for conventional loans, FHA loans, USDA loans and 203K loans.
My Real Estate career has consisted of diverse property transactions. I have experience with residential home sales, residential rentals, commercial rentals, short sales and bank owned properties. .

I have earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Forceclosure Resource certificaton. The National Association of REALTORS® offers the SFR certification to REALTORS® who want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows.
According to a recent NAR survey, nearly one-third of all existing homes sold were either short sales or foreclosures. For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new "traditional" transaction. REALTORS ® who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities.
The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk, and provides resources to help REALTORS® stay current on national and state-specific information as the market fotr these distressed properties evolves.
